Custom Electronic Designs
With 35 years of circuit design experience in the global area, we are used to produce the most performant and efficient designs of the time. And because we are usually based in low living cost countries, we can charge much less and we also work faster.
Our main fields of experience are in Audio, Wireless, ASIC, ADC, Security & Measurement. While we focus on MCU based design for our customers's security, we can also produce analog sections under certain conditions.
What we do:
* Project length under one year.
* Project can include source code, HEX code, Schematic, PCB, manuals, brochures, test equipement, PC programs, Web pages.
How it works:
Send us your requirements from the Contact page and we will answer you with some propositions including completion time, production cost, design cost and terms.
How much it cost:
The cost of a design depends on many factors like the complexity or the developement time. Our engineering charges are relatively low at between US$20 to 50 per hour. Our technical charges (PCB, prototyping, documentation,etc...) are locally based (S.E.Asia) at about US$5 per hour.
As an example, if your project were similar to the RCS518, it would cost you about US$ 5000 only.
Regional licenses:
We also offer regional licenses of our in-house products. For a one time fee, we provide you with the hex code that allow you to produce as many ICs as you want. For custom designs, if we think we can sell your IC in other part of the world, we can apply this license formula to your project whereas you will only pay 50% of the cost and we will put the IC for sale on our site.
How long it takes:
Pre-design set-up, research and simulation/testing takes about 1 (one) month. Then a working prototype should be ready in about 2 to 4 months. Finalisation up to 0% bugs status add up to one month. Documentation can be anything from 1 to 3 months.
So a project in usually completed in 4 to 10 months. We give you also a one year free support from the completion date.

Re-engineering
Every year, new faster and cheaper MCUs are released, so it is very possible that the electronic circuit that you are using now could be re-designed at a much lower production cost, at a smaller size and also with much more features...
Analog circuits can also be re-designed using MCUs! Just have a look at our APC range.

Software
Since 1985 we have supplied software for IMB, Atari and Apple PCs, Intel, Motorola, Atmel and Microchip processors and the Web. Applications range from content management, communications, games and scientific utilities.
Today our focus is on Microchip MCUs, Windows and Web applications. For example:
Language we use mostly are assembly, layout, VB, C, Pascal, HCL, Java(script) and PHP.
Our Software may be protected with a proprietary technology to run on one computer only.
Some MCU routines, Website widgets and PC utilities are available in our software catalog.

Our web site services provide a "one shop" solution.
We will arrange everything from domain name acquisition, hosting, email services to e-commerce with the most reliable and affordable companies and design your Web site with an efficiency and at a cost than nobody else can beat. Loudspeakers and sound systems
With our in-house developed system, we can quickly design most loudspeakers or sound systems you may need. That include stereo, home theater, subwoofers and associated electronics like cross-overs, sound processors and amplifiers. Also available are DIY solutions for our best designs.
